Richard Madden put his ripped body on display in a hot new shirtless selfie, which provoked some of his celebrity friends to tease him in the comments section. In the photo, the Game Of Thrones and 1917 star looked serious as he stared straight into the camera with sunglasses on and his bare chest and the stunning mountainside on full display.
‘Tuesday’s mountain,’ the Scottish actor wrote in the caption.
Madden’s longtime pal and actor Douglas Booth couldn’t resist commenting with some humour, ‘Did you Uber to the top? You don’t look very sweaty.’ The Rocketman star responded, ‘yep the Uber was there I just jumped out for the picture.’
Game Of Thrones co-star Alfie Allen wrote, ‘You’ve changed,’ while movie and TV location manager Millie Gladwin added, ‘Why we never saw that on set?‘
A slew of Madden’s 3 million Instagram followers also chimed-in with a bit of humour when commenting about his solid body.
One person wrote, ‘right like what we’re looking at here is the mountain, richard.‘ Another person added, Sliced my thumb swiping over that jaw line.‘ And yet another follower wrote, ‘Bless you, sir. It’s as if you almost knew I was having a really bad day. My, God. That’ll turn one around for sure.‘
Just days earlier, Madden shared another photograph on Instagram of the picturesque mountains with the caption, ‘Not complaining.’
Along with Game Of Thrones and 1917, Madden is also most popular for his recent role in the Elton John biopic Rocketman (2019) and the British police-thriller series Bodyguard (2018). He’s set to star in the lead character for the forthcoming American superhero movie, The Eternals, which is based on the Marvel Comics race of the similar name.
The Eternals is scheduled to premiere November 6, 2020.
