Maisie Williams is quite known for her character as Arya Stark in Game of Thrones. The savage warrior of the Stark family who made it to the end of the series alive. Williams will be soon seen on our television screens again in another endeavor. The upcoming series is a Sky Original comedy that is called Two Weeks To Live.
Williams will play the lead as a youthful nonconformist by the name of Kim Noakes. She lives a significant isolated country life. All of a sudden, a prank turns out badly and Kim will end up running for her life from a hoodlum and the police with a sack of stolen money. She’ll solely depend on herself and her ingrained instincts she has learned through her secluded life. The series will be a six-part adventure and is delivered by The Tunneland Humans outfit Kudos. It’s composed by Gaby Hull (Cheat). The job will be unlike anything we’ve seen Williams portray previously.
Williams is eager to take a shot at something new and different this time around. “Looking forward to getting into something new, I think Two Weeks To Live has really great potential and I want to make something incredible with this wonderful team,” clarified Williams.
Shooting is believed to begin this year. Jon Mountague, the Director of Comedy at Sky, said of Maisie, “With Maisie Williams leading from the front, Two Weeks To Live is to die for. Bold, British and very, very original, we can’t wait to wow audiences with even more great comedy.”
